The training facilities provided:

  • Treadmills, Programmable Upright & Recumbent Bikes, Steppers, Rowers & Spin Bikes.
  • Fully equipped weight training area.
  • 2 x Freemotion Dual Cable Crossovers & plenty of floor space!
  • Mezzanine Stretching area.
  • A 110sqm Open Floor area upstairs for Personal Training groups & workshops.
  • Modern mens and womens changerooms complete with showers and toilets.
